Background
Endometrial carcinoma is the most common gynecologic malignancy diagnosed. Laparoscopic hysterectomy become standard in most of studies due to safety and feasibility of the technique but for oncological outcome still needs long term follow up

Material and Methods
Descriptive study of 20 cases of Stage I and II endometrial carcinoma with BMI<35. Total laparoscopic hysterectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy was performed in all patients.

Result
The mean age: 65 years, no. of LNs dissected: 12, Blood loss: 30 ml, Mean operative time: 3hours, Intraoperative complication: Rectal injury in 1case, Conversion to open surgery: 2 cases, Length of hospital stay: 3 days

Conclusion
Laparoscopy is an effective procedure in treatment of early endometrial carcinoma in terms of oncological safety, convalescence time and post-operative complications especially in obese patients.
