Background
To investigate the spatial and temporal expression differences between HMGB1 and early-stage inflammatory cytokines in acute pancreatitis rat pancreas.

Materials and Methods
SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group , and the experimental group which were injected with 5% sodium taurocholate into the bili-pancreatic duct retrogradely to produce ANP models, for SO group with equal dose of saline. The rats were sacrificed at different time points at 0h, 3h, 6h, 12h, and 24h post modeling, respectively. The peripheral blood amylase and different inflammatory factors in ANP rats at different time points were detected by ELISA, and the expression of HMGB1 in the pancreatic tissue was detected by Western blot and Q-PCR methods.

Result
The serum amylase in the ANP model rats was significantly higher than the sham-operated group (P<0.05). The early inflammatory factors (IL-1, TNF-
