Background:
We consider liposculpture to be a better expression summarizing liposuction and „structural lipofilling” procedures.

Material and Methods:
Our aim is to present even to compare different techniques of achieving , harvesting , transferring fat tissue as we do it in our department. This is a survey presenting the importance of fat tissue transfer through liposuction or/and lipofilling regarding aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.

Result:
With no scar or no donor site morbidity even with good aesthetic benefits, we are able to transfer huge amounts of fat tissue and build up face regions , breast or many other parts of the body.

Conclusion:
Unthinkable as it was before, liposculpture gives us a new and exciting perspective in plastic surgery. We are able only to estimate the role of stem cell content of the fat tissue regarding tissue regeneration.
